A person who wishes to complete single units offered by the University without undertaking an award may apply for admission as a Non-Award student. Non-Award admission allows applicants to undertake professional and personal development.

Non-Award tuition fees
Non-Award units are charged per unit of study, and must be paid up-front before the relevant census date. The amount charged depends on whether the unit is undergraduate or postgraduate. Non-Award students are not eligible to apply for FEE-HELP.
Undergraduate Non-Award units (non UniTrack units)
Units are charged at 100% of the student contribution rate. Please refer to the Student Contribution page for further information on costs.

Postgraduate Non-Award units
Non-Award units at a postgraduate level are charged the per unit rate for the postgraduate course that the units are from. To find the applicable fee, please view the postgraduate tuition fees list on the Postgraduate fees page.
Single Non-Award units selected from the Master of Business Administration offered by the Sydney Graduate School of Management (SGSM) are charged at a rate of $3,305.00 per unit. Any Master of Business Administration core unit can be studied under this program.
